Walk! Bike! Fun! Participant Information

Thank you for participating in BikeMN's Walk!Bike!Fun! Educator Training Program!

Before completing Part One, please take a few moments to tell us about yourself. This data helps us report to our state and local funders. There are 8 questions in this survey, it should take you about five minutes.

Remember to register for Part Two!

Part Two will be in-person, and include hands on activities including on-bike. This session takes approximately 6 hours to complete.
